In addition, attachment systems not only influence an individual’s social bonds but it also ensures to influence people’s health systems. The following chapter will evaluate the corresponding literature associated with people’s attachment style and its impact on people's anxiety and depression. In regards to this, various attachment styles, its impact on quality of life and emotional regulations will be explored in this study along with demonstrating theoretical perspective of attachment styles.
