Leadership is an extremely important aspect of any organization. The happiness of the employees is often reflective of how well they are being taken care of, and how the environment of their workplace is. This all is clearly under the purview of a well-functioning and a well-attuned leader who knows how to not just run the organization but also take care of it (Webster, 2015).

I have had the pleasure of working with such a leader who had exceptional command over her team and was extremely centered and oriented towards the upliftment of her employees. While I was working as an intern at a company during my vacations, I was the EA to the manager of the sales department. Now it is no secret how stressful the sales and marketing department it. Add to it the constant scramble of achieving the numbers and assuring proper targets are achieved. It is bust obvious that the team can be pressurized.
