Toyota is the world famous automobile company that manufactured the high quality cars. The company was founded by Kiichiro Toyota in 1933 and has its headquarters in Aichi, Toyota City and in Tokyo. The company is doing well and expands on the global scale because of its operations. The new hybrid technology in the cars is the cause of the pride of Toyota and this has caused the increase in sales volume rapidly. In 2998, the company was announced as one of the largest carmaker in the world. After this announcement, various complaints have stated arising from its customers related to the quality that they maintain in the cars. This complaint leads to the brake in the growth of the company from 2009 onwards. There were 98 cases that were registered due to the death, damages and injuries that are by the customers of Toyota (Essays, UK, November 2013).

There was a time when the demand of the Toyota products was so high and they were unable to meet the expectations of the customers. They expanded their production scale and started working with the new suppliers.
