The ethical perspective is one of the most important perspective that should be considered during extraction of any personalize data of an individual. The article describes about the research that is conducted in the University of Arizona where the identity cards of the students were swiped all over the campus. Moreover the main reason for the extraction of this data was to get a holistic idea about the social life of the student in an effective manner. If the routines and relationship of the student is analyzed in proper manner it may help to accurately predict the student retention factor in the university. The researchers worked in partnership with the information technology department of the UA to extract the student data in an efficient manner.
