The task has been assigned to implement student information based on information technology, Student Management System that will ensure to support the college in the process of automated marketing efforts for the organization.As a project manager of the Polytechnic College, it is essential that the successful implementation of the SMS (student management system) is done and records of attendance to the academic schedule are all kept in order.

The Student Management System will require HR managers who will guide the appropriate implementation of the system.The automated SMS system is an effective way to implement new technology in the age-old process of managing. Smooth implementation of the project is an integral task of the project manager.  The project manager will undertake activities including training the employees of the institute to handle the technology and maintain data associated with a time table, attendance and student details.
